The service was incredible, and the room was impeccably clean. We had a great view and felt like we were right in the action. Five stars.

Luxury experience in Herald Square
Top-notch accommodations. The bed was super comfortable and the room was huge by NYC standards. Truly a fantastic stay from beginning to end.

Good hotel but pricey
The hotel is fine, but it seems quite expensive for what you get. The room was standard size and the amenities were just okay for the price.

Comfortable room and friendly staff
Everything was solid. The lobby was beautiful and the concierge helped us find some great local spots. Would stay here again for sure.
