Slow getting second key
The car buying part was good but they took forever to get the second key to me. Had to call multiple times over two weeks to finally get it sent in the mail. Car is great though.

Decent service for recall
Brought my car in for a recall issue. Took a little longer than estimated, about three hours instead of two, but they did a good job and the staff was friendly. The waiting area has nice amenities, tv, and free coffee, which made the extra wait time much easier to deal with than sitting in a boring waiting room.

Patient salesperson and fair deal
Very nice facility and friendly staff. The buying process took a bit longer than I wanted, but we got a great deal on a used Sonata. Our salesperson, Mike, was very patient with us and answered all of our questions about the car's history. Overall a good place to buy. I would recommend them to friends.

Terrible service wait time
Terrible service department. Had an appointment for a basic oil change on my Sonata and waited over three hours. They didn't even apologize for the delay. Avoid this place.

Bad tire inspection
Bought a certified preowned car and found out the next day the front tire had a plug in it. They refused to replace the tire. Terrible customer service, once they get your money they don't care.

I recently purchased a new Hyundai Palisade from this dealership and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. Decent car for fair price
Good dealership with a large inventory. We found a great pre-owned Elantra for our son. Price was fair, though we had to haggle a bit more than I would have liked. No pressure at all
Just bought a Tucson from Kyle. He was awesome to work with, very low key and didn't push us into anything we didn't want.
