Reserved a jet ski online but when we arrived they claimed it wasn't available. Took ages to resolve. Won't be coming back to this specific dock.

Solid equipment and clear instructions. Only reason for 4 stars is that parking was a nightmare near the dock but the actual rental experience was perfect.

We rented two kayaks and the process was so quick. The staff helped us launch and gave us great tips on where to spot manatees. Highly recommended.
