Even with a confirmed booking we stood in the heat for way too long. When we finally got the boat it felt dirty and the engine sputtered twice.

Solid equipment and clear instructions. Only reason for 4 stars is that parking was a nightmare near the dock but the actual rental experience was perfect.

We rented two kayaks and the process was so quick. The staff helped us launch and gave us great tips on where to spot manatees. Highly recommended.
