They messed up my order and then tried to blame me for it. Extremely rude management. Stay away if you value your money.

Mixed results with this store
Sometimes you get great help, sometimes you can't find anyone to assist you. The tile itself is great though. Bit of a toss-up.

Good tile, bad stock tracking
They have great products, but they told me my order was in stock when it wasn't. Had to wait an extra week to start my project.

Great place for tile supplies
Awesome selection and really fair prices compared to the big chain stores. I will definitely be coming back for my next renovation.

Terrible service in the showroom
Went in to pick out tile for a bathroom renovation and was completely ignored for twenty minutes. Finally just left. Won't be back.
