Highly recommend checking them first

5/5

My husband and I spent the whole weekend looking for a reliable Rav4. Visited four different spots in town and this was our last stop. It really should have been our first. Tony was extremely polite and didn't try to push any extra packages or extended warranties on us. We got a very fair price for our trade-in too, which other places tried to lowball us on. The paperwork took about 45 minutes which is a record in my book. The car runs beautifully and they even threw in a fresh set of floor mats. Highly recommend checking them out first if you hate dealer games.

    Nice used toyotas

Nice selection of used Toyotas. The sales rep Pete was helpful and patient while we looked at three different cars. Ended up with a Corolla. Wish they had more parking for customers though, had to park down the street because their lot is so cramped. Good experience other than that.

    Good experience overall

Bought an older Avalon here. It had a minor oil leak they didn't mention, but when I called back they had their mechanic fix the seal for free. Appreciate them standing by their vehicles. Sales process was easy enough, just a bit of waiting around for the paperwork to clear. Good price overall.

    Decent inventory of toyotas

Decent inventory of toyotas. Grabbed an older Highlander for my daughter. Price was fair, took a bit long to get the finance guy to finish up but overall happy.

    Waste of a drive

The car we wanted to see wasn't even on the lot when we got there, even though they confirmed it was over the phone an hour earlier. Kind of a waste of a drive.
