Always helpful and prompt
I never have to worry about running out of gas with them. They keep track of my tank usage and show up right on time.

Rude customer service on phone
Tried to ask about a refill and the person on the phone acted like I was bothering them. Not great for business.

Average, sometimes they forget a call
Service is fine but I've had to call them twice before to remind them about a delivery. Once they are here, they are great though.

They are the standard for propane here. Always reliable and friendly. I've been using them for three years without any issues at all.
