Nice store but limited hours

Limited stock and poor service
Went in for plumbing parts and they were completely out of stock. The clerk was more interested in his phone than helping me find an alternative.

Rude employee ruined my day
I asked for help finding a specific drill bit and the employee rolled his eyes. I walked out and won't be back. Terrible customer service.

Disorganized and messy aisles
It is hard to find anything in here because boxes are piled everywhere. I had to hunt someone down for help and they were quite grumpy.

Avoid this hardware store
Walked in and the staff were all congregating in the back laughing while ignoring the line. Waited ten minutes and left. Unprofessional and disorganized.

Overpriced and inventory is low
Seems like they are always missing basic items lately. When they do have it, it's double the price of the chain stores. Disappointing experience today.
