My car was in for a week waiting on a part. Communication from the service desk was spotty at best. The car runs great now though.

Good experience overall. They know these cars inside and out. Small delay in getting parts, but Anthony made sure I had a loaner vehicle.

They took care of my E-PACE oil change perfectly. Only downside was waiting two hours even with an appointment. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly.

Quality of work on my alignment was fine, but they didn't wash the car like they promised. Nice waiting area, though.
