Great experience during a bad time

Disappointed with the communication
Driver never showed up when he said he would. I waited for hours and had to call them three times to find out where he was.

Good service, fair pricing
Overall good experience. The driver was knowledgeable and careful, though they were a little behind schedule. Would use them again.
