The cars are great but the service department is always booked out for weeks. Hard to get an appointment when you really need one.

Bad experience with service department
Took my car in for a recall and they didn't have the parts. I drove an hour for nothing. No apology, just a shrug.

Good car, but service was slow
I love the vehicle, but I spent way too much time in the waiting area during the maintenance checkup. They need more staff.
