Bad experience with service department
Took my car in for a recall and they didn't have the parts. I drove an hour for nothing. No apology, just a shrug.

Good car, but service was slow
I love the vehicle, but I spent way too much time in the waiting area during the maintenance checkup. They need more staff.

Professional and very polite
I felt very valued as a customer. The sales team took the time to explain the difference between the trim levels and helped me decide.
