Called for a repair and they blew me off twice. Then they tried to charge me an extra fee for a rush job they never even finished. Terrible.

If you need heavy equipment or parts, just go to JnB. No reason to go anywhere else when these guys treat you right and have everything.

Poor customer service
Waited forever to be helped and the guy at the counter seemed annoyed I was there. Probably wont come back if I have other options locally.

Reliable parts department
Whenever my skid steer goes down, I call JnB first. They usually have the filters or parts I need in stock. Saves me so much time on the job site.
