The car is running great, but the sales team seemed a bit overwhelmed. I had to wait a while just to get the keys for a test drive. Nice folks, just busy.

Best car buying experience ever
Stopped by Joel's to look at a used Tacoma. Marcus was super helpful and didn't pressure me at all. Traded in my old sedan for a fair price and the financing was seamless. Definitely check them out.

Amazing customer service today
I was nervous about buying a used car but Marcus explained everything clearly. They even put the car on the lift so I could see underneath. Total transparency and great quality cars.

Decent cars but slow paperwork
The car I bought is great, but the wait time for the finance department was insane. We were sitting there for over three hours even with an appointment. Wish they had more staff working.

Good cars but busy place
Nice place with a solid inventory. My only complaint is that the lot is a bit cramped so test driving takes a minute to get out. Otherwise, everything was smooth and efficient.
