The floor feels like it's floating in some spots and they used the wrong finish. Complete waste of time and money dealing with them.

Decent work but communication was lacking
The floors look fine, but I had to call several times to get a start date. Once they showed up, they worked fast though.

Left a mess and unfinished trim
Floors look okay but they left saw dust all over my furniture and forgot to install the trim in the hallway. Frustrating experience.

Great value for the cost

Highly skilled team in Sun City
I had a very specific pattern in mind and the guys nailed it. Professional, polite, and very fast. Won't use anyone else for flooring.
