The RV was in great shape and well stocked. We had a minor issue with the water pump, but we called the office and they helped us fix it over the phone in five minutes. Good service and easy pickup/drop-off process.

Fair pricing and a good clean unit. The staff was easy to deal with and responsive. It served us well on our trip. Only reason for four stars is that it could use some new tires soon, but it was safe enough for the trip.

We rented for a week and had a wonderful time. The RV was very clean and had all the basics we needed. The staff helped us map out a good route for a first-timer. Great way to experience Florida without the hassle of a hotel.

Renting from them was a smooth experience from start to finish. The vehicle was well-maintained and perfect for our needs. Friendly staff and clear instructions. Everything was a breeze and we had an awesome time out camping.

We picked up the RV and the AC wasnt blowing cold. It was a hot weekend and we really suffered. They told us to just deal with it since they were booked out. Very poor attitude when things went wrong. Not worth the money we paid.

The RV was fine but the drop off took way longer than expected. We had to wait for someone to come out and inspect the vehicle. It felt like we were waiting forever. Aside from that, the actual camping was great.

The RV broke down halfway through our trip. It took them three hours to find a tow truck. We lost an entire day of our vacation sitting in a parking lot. They refunded the day but it doesnt make up for the ruined trip.

We had an amazing time in our rental. The RV was fully equipped and very comfortable for four people. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we knew all the operating instructions. We felt very prepared for our trip.

The person who did our walk through seemed like they were in a huge rush. We didnt fully understand the waste tank setup and had a mess later. Not helpful at all when I called. I wont be renting from this location again.

The RV ran well and we had no mechanical trouble, but the interior was definitely a bit dated and worn. Everything was clean, so it worked for our needs, but we were hoping for something a little more modern for the price.

The team here is really helpful. They gave us some great tips for campsites in the area that we didnt even know about. The RV was clean and worked perfectly. We had a very memorable vacation because of their help.

We rented a large rig for a cross-country trip. It was very reliable and handled the mountains well. The team at Journey USA gave us a great orientation so we felt safe. It made our vacation stress free. We will be back next summer.

Everything was top tier. The check-in was fast and they went over every switch and valve with us. The rig was great for our week of travel. We had no problems at all. Will definitely be using them again for future rentals.

We rented a camper for a weekend getaway and it was a blast. The vehicle was easy to drive and the owner made sure we were comfortable with the hookups. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Definitely doing this again.
