Took my vehicle in for a simple update and it took them weeks to get the parts. Communication was non-existent throughout the process.

The vehicle is amazing, but the maintenance side of this dealer is lacking. I had to follow up three times just to get a status update.

Amazing luxury vehicle experience
I had a wonderful time learning about the Karma vehicles. The showroom is beautiful and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable.
