Wait times for parts are simply too long for a luxury vehicle service center. Very frustrating experience for a loyal customer.

Not impressed with service speed
The vehicle is amazing, but the maintenance side of this dealer is lacking. I had to follow up three times just to get a status update.

Amazing luxury vehicle experience
I had a wonderful time learning about the Karma vehicles. The showroom is beautiful and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable.
