Bad customer service
nobody answered the phone when i had a problem. showed up in person and they were rude about the whole thing. never renting from here again.

staff is helpful and knows their stuff. kept my project moving along smoothly. had a small issue with a tire pressure but they swapped it out quick.

Easy rental process
needed some gear for a weekend project in kenansville. super fast check out and the equipment worked perfectly. price was fair compared to others in florida.

Equipment broke down
machine failed on day two of the job. i called but they told me i had to pay for the repair myself which is ridiculous. wasted my whole weekend waiting.

Solid spot for rentals
rented a machine for a week and it was well maintained. staff helped me load it up and gave me some tips on the controls. will be coming back here again.
