I waited over two weeks for a reply to a simple question, and when it came the answer did not address what I had asked. The product itself is acceptable but the support experience put me off returning.

The end result was good and I am satisfied with what I paid, but there were a couple of days where I had no idea what was happening. A short update email would have made the whole thing feel much smoother.

I had a fairly specific request and they took the time to understand it rather than pushing me to the standard package. The follow up afterwards was thoughtful and I never felt like just another order number.

No real complaints about the quality. The website could be clearer about delivery windows though, because I planned around a date that turned out to be an estimate rather than a commitment.
