Nice house but noisy neighbors
The house itself was lovely, but the neighbors were incredibly loud all night. Not the agency's fault, but it ruined the sleep.

Total disaster of a vacation
The AC was broken, the place was dirty, and nobody answered the emergency line. We left after one night and want a refund.
