Parts are always on backorder
Tried to order a simple belt for my mower and it took three weeks to arrive. Very frustrated with their supply chain.

Mixed results on repairs
Had my tractor serviced. It works, but it came back dirtier than I left it. Service was fast though.

Zero follow up on my order
Ordered a part two months ago and I'm still waiting. They never answer the phone when I call to check.
