Long wait time
Stood at the counter for twenty minutes while the staff talked to each other. Eventually got my part but it shouldn't take that long to get served.

Good local marine shop
Usually find what I need here. Prices are fair and the location is super convenient. Just wish they had more Saturday hours for weekend boat projects.

Poor service today
I went in to get some hardware for my boat trailer and the guy behind the counter was pretty rude. Acted like I was bothering him with questions.

Hit or miss
Sometimes they are great, other times they are out of stock on basic maintenance parts. It really depends on who is working that day I think.
