Issues with my security deposit

Decent apartment but noisy neighbors
The unit itself is nice and spacious, but the walls are thin and I can hear everything from next door. Management is okay but not great.

It’s a fine place to live. Rent is fair and the location is excellent, but don't expect luxury finishes. It works for me.
