Spent 4 hours here for a simple title transfer. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed to hate being there. Avoid if possible.

It's a DMV, so bring a book, but the staff here is much friendlier than the other locations I have visited before.

Fairly quick service, though it gets crowded fast. The staff is polite if you have your documents in order. Definitely go early.
