I had an appointment but waited over an hour. When I complained, the receptionist was very rude and dismissive.

Average visit, nothing too special
The doctor is good, but the office is always packed. It feels like they are moving people in and out as fast as possible.

Solid eye exam, busy office
The exam was thorough and the doctor was great. It’s just a busy office so don't expect to be in and out in ten minutes.

Good doctor but slow service
The exam was solid, but I waited forever for my frames to be fitted. They need to manage their appointment flow better.

Unprofessional billing and front desk
They overcharged me and the front desk wouldn't help resolve the error. Total lack of customer service. I will be going elsewhere.
