Reliable parts for my boat
Good store with helpful staff. I wish they had slightly more in stock for older boat models, but overall a solid experience.

Slow service in the store
Only one guy working the desk and there was a long line. Waited 20 minutes just to buy a simple oil filter.

Needed items were out of stock
Had to wait over a week for basic oil filters for my Yamaha boat. Service is polite but stock is low.

Avoid for custom orders
They messed up my order three times and never apologized. Very frustrated with how they handle specific marine parts.
