Issues with my unit were ignored for weeks. Office staff is extremely rude when you ask for updates. Avoid living here if possible.

Disappointed with recent noise issues
Used to be peaceful, but lately there is loud construction nearby and neighbors are noisy. Office isn't doing much about it.

Great spot in Nocatee
Very solid community with good amenities. The grounds are always manicured nicely. Just wish there was more visitor parking.
