My Defender has been here three times for the same electrical glitch. They keep claiming it is fixed, but the light comes back on immediately. Waste of time.

Waited three hours just for an oil change that I booked weeks in advance. The waiting room was crowded and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed today.

My Range Rover Sport runs great now, but I had to follow up three times to see if the parts had arrived. Good mechanics, just poor organization.

The team is knowledgeable but my service advisor Marcus was hard to reach. Took a few days to get a loaner for my Evoque while they performed routine maintenance.
