Management needs to address service issues
Waited three hours just for an oil change that I booked weeks in advance. The waiting room was crowded and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed today.

Decent work but slow turnaround time
My Range Rover Sport runs great now, but I had to follow up three times to see if the parts had arrived. Good mechanics, just poor organization.

Mixed experience with Range Rover service
The team is knowledgeable but my service advisor Marcus was hard to reach. Took a few days to get a loaner for my Evoque while they performed routine maintenance.
