Car was serviced well, but the billing department made a mistake on my final invoice. Had to wait another 30 minutes to get it corrected.

Avoid the service center
They kept my car for a week for a simple software update. No loaner car was provided even though they promised one. Total disaster.

Poor communication from service
I dropped my Range Rover off for a scheduled maintenance, and no one reached out for two days. I had to keep calling to check the status.

Awful experience, never again
Service manager was rude and my car was returned with a scratch on the bumper. They refused to take responsibility. Horrible service.
