They got the job done, but it was expensive and took longer than I expected. Forklift runs okay now, but the shop could be more organized.

Rude service and incompetent
The technician was dismissive and didn't even fix the leak. Complete waste of money. Never again.

Disappointing repair experience
Had to call them back out twice because the initial fix didn't hold. They eventually fixed it but it was very frustrating dealing with the downtime.
