Dropped off my guitar for repairs and it took three weeks. When I got it back, the strings weren't even changed correctly. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service today
Walked in to buy some strings and a tuner and the guy behind the counter didn't even look up from his phone. I left after ten minutes.
