Skis were acting up
One of the skis kept stalling while we were out. It ruined half of our rental time. They didn't offer a discount or a swap either.

Hidden fees and rude staff
They charged extra for fuel and didn't mention it upfront. Plus, the guy at the desk was very rude when we got back from our ride.

Perfect day out
