went in for a routine oil change on my encore. the service was fine but it took nearly two hours even though i had an appointment. staff were polite enough but seemed a bit overwhelmed.

brought my truck in because the brakes were feeling a little soft. the technician found the issue immediately and had it fixed by the end of the day. very fair pricing.
