Took the ES350 in for new tires. Prices were about what I expected. They did a good job on the balance and the car feels way better on the highway now.

Excellent customer care
The team here goes above and beyond. Just finished my 30k maintenance and they gave me a loaner car so I could get to work. Everything was handled smooth.

Bad experience with manager
Went in for a simple scheduled service. Advisor was rude and acted like I was bothering him. My car sat for three hours without being touched. Very frustrated.

Awesome staff and support
Mike helped me out with a battery issue on my GX460. He got me in early and got it swapped out without me having to wait all day. Great communication throughout.

Always helpful here
Brought my car in for a weird rattling noise. Brian checked it out and found a loose heat shield. Didn't even charge me for the inspection. Great shop.
