Had to get new brake pads on the front. They were honest about what needed replacing and didn't try to upsell me on other stuff. Good experience overall.

The team here goes above and beyond. Just finished my 30k maintenance and they gave me a loaner car so I could get to work. Everything was handled smooth.

Bad experience with manager
Went in for a simple scheduled service. Advisor was rude and acted like I was bothering him. My car sat for three hours without being touched. Very frustrated.

Always helpful here
Brought my car in for a weird rattling noise. Brian checked it out and found a loose heat shield. Didn't even charge me for the inspection. Great shop.
