Scheduled maintenance took much longer than I was quoted. My car was clean and the work was done right, but I spent way more time in the waiting area than anticipated. Needs better coordination.

Needed a quick oil change and tire rotation. Dave got me in and out in under an hour. The technician took the time to explain the wear pattern on my tires. Great attention to detail.
