The staff are friendly enough, especially Marcus, but the paperwork process took forever. I had all my documents ready but still sat there for two hours waiting for approvals.

Very happy with the overall process. They were efficient and the leasing rate was very competitive. Only taking one star off because the lobby was a bit crowded during my appointment.

Extremely frustrated with the process here. They added several fees that were never mentioned during our initial talks. Spent hours waiting only to be blindsided by the final numbers. Save your time and avoid.
