My oxygen concentrator had an issue at 8pm. I called the emergency line and someone walked me through the fix in minutes. Amazing service when I needed it.

horrible wait times
It takes forever to get through on the phone. Sometimes I am on hold for 30 minutes just to check an order status. They really need to hire more office staff.

It is fine. Does the job, but communication could be better regarding appointment times. Sometimes they show up earlier or later than expected for the check-in.
