This is the second time my delivery arrived incomplete. It is really stressful not knowing if I have enough tanks for the week. They need to get organized.

Lincare is great. I was having trouble getting my oxygen supplies on time, but they stepped up and sorted everything out. The staff in Carrabelle are so kind.

horrible wait times
It takes forever to get through on the phone. Sometimes I am on hold for 30 minutes just to check an order status. They really need to hire more office staff.

It is fine. Does the job, but communication could be better regarding appointment times. Sometimes they show up earlier or later than expected for the check-in.
