Sometimes the delivery is fast, other times it is late. I wish they had a more predictable schedule for dropping off the tanks. The staff is polite, at least.

Lincare is great. I was having trouble getting my oxygen supplies on time, but they stepped up and sorted everything out. The staff in Carrabelle are so kind.

horrible wait times
It takes forever to get through on the phone. Sometimes I am on hold for 30 minutes just to check an order status. They really need to hire more office staff.

It is fine. Does the job, but communication could be better regarding appointment times. Sometimes they show up earlier or later than expected for the check-in.
