Everyone at the Carrabelle location is so helpful and patient. They took the time to show me how the portable tank works. I feel much more confident traveling now.

Lincare is great. I was having trouble getting my oxygen supplies on time, but they stepped up and sorted everything out. The staff in Carrabelle are so kind.

horrible wait times
It takes forever to get through on the phone. Sometimes I am on hold for 30 minutes just to check an order status. They really need to hire more office staff.

It is fine. Does the job, but communication could be better regarding appointment times. Sometimes they show up earlier or later than expected for the check-in.
