The supplies arrive when they are supposed to. I appreciate the consistency. It takes a lot of worry off my plate knowing I don't have to chase them for deliveries.

Lincare is great. I was having trouble getting my oxygen supplies on time, but they stepped up and sorted everything out. The staff in Carrabelle are so kind.

horrible wait times
It takes forever to get through on the phone. Sometimes I am on hold for 30 minutes just to check an order status. They really need to hire more office staff.
