The price we negotiated for my trade-in was decent, but once we got to the finance office, they tacked on extra documentation fees that weren't mentioned before. Felt like a total bait and switch tactic.

Great selection of reliable sedans on the lot. Sarah was very helpful with the paperwork, but we ended up waiting over an hour just to sign the final docs. Overall happy with the purchase.
