Always clean and the staff is friendly. Good selection of snacks and drinks. Never had an issue getting in and out quickly here.

Mixed results on stock
Most of the time it is great, but occasionally they are out of basic items like milk or bread for days. Convenient, but check before you go.

Friendly staff
The best corner store in Parrish. Everyone is super nice, the place is clean, and the coffee is actually decent for a change.

Great selection of snacks and the fountain drinks are always working. The place is super clean which I really appreciate.
