Stood around for twenty minutes waiting for someone to help me with a repair inquiry. Store was busy, but the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other.

Very sleek store layout. Associates were happy to pull out items for me to inspect. Would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to wait so long to pay.

The store is always well-stocked and the team is ready to help the moment you walk in. Excellent shopping experience in a great mall setting.

The store is beautiful and staff are polite. My only gripe is they were out of stock on several popular bag sizes I wanted to try out.
