Very clean and nicely decorated. Felt like a real home. The proximity to the river is unbeatable. We will definitely be back.

Great location for water activities
We had a blast kayaking near the rental. It was such a great base for our adventures. Very cozy and comfortable inside.

Perfect getaway spot for vacation
We had such a relaxing time at Manatee Point. The cottage was spotless and had a beautiful view. Couldn't have asked for a better spot.

Nice location but small space
The location is fantastic, but the cottage itself felt a little bit cramped for four people. Still, it was clean and well kept.
