Extremely rude staff. I had a scheduled appointment and still had to wait over an hour just to drop my car off. Don't waste your time.

Excellence from start to finish
The service department is top-notch. I brought my car in for a checkup and they kept me updated the entire time. Such a professional group of people.

Good quality work but pricey
Service is definitely premium, and so is the price. The staff is great but you're definitely paying for the Maserati experience every time you walk in.

Always a pleasure dealing with these guys. My service request was handled quickly and they even had the parts in stock which saved me a return trip.
