The prices for simple hooks were way higher than online. When I asked about it, the guy at the counter was quite dismissive.

Solid gear for my tow truck
They have a great variety of straps and chains. Prices are competitive and the staff knows which gear works best for heavy duty.

Need gear quick and they usually have it ready the same day. Good business if you are a local contractor.

Reliable parts for my fleet

Equipment failed, poor support
A chain I bought snapped under load. Brought it back and they told me it wasn't covered. Will not shop here again.
